Our store sells One Piece Card Game products and related collectibles. We reserve the right to update these terms when necessary. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Products and Availability

Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. Product availability, prices, and release dates may change. Limited-edition and collectible products are subject to stock availability.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Please ensure your shipping and contact details are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues, and will arrange any applicable refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns or refunds are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect, subject to applicable law. A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the unopened package, shipping label, opening process, and received item is required to support a claim. Claims without valid video evidence may be declined where the condition at delivery cannot be verified, subject to applicable law.

6. Collectible Products

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or dissatisfaction with the random cards received from legitimate sealed products.

You agree not to misuse our website, submit fraudulent orders or claims, interfere with website operations, or engage in unlawful activity.

8. Intellectual Property

Website text, design, logos, and original content belonging to our store may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners. Our store is not affiliated with or endorsed by the official rights holders unless expressly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from website interruptions or delays beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
